Terms & Conditions For Rentals:

When utilizing our rental services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Options: We provide two payment choices: full payment upfront or the option of splitting the payment into four installments through SHOP PAY.

Retainers and Payments: A retainer of at least 25% of the total balance is required upon placing an order. This retainer amount is deducted from the overall price of the wedding or event.

Disclaimer - Floral Arrangements: By renting our floral arrangements, you acknowledge that while some flowers bear resemblance to real ones and share names with genuine flowers, they are, in fact, artificial and designed to simulate the appearance of real flowers.

Balance Due and Late Payments: The remaining balance must be settled entirely at least 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding or event date. Failure to complete the payment will result in non-ordering of flowers and decor, leading to the closure of the contract by Satori Rentals. In cases where Satori Rentals agrees to proceed after the deadline, a 10% fee will be added to the outstanding balance. An additional 10% will be incurred for every 7 days that the payment remains overdue. Any extra costs arising from late payments will be passed on to you.

Additions to Orders: Any additions requested less than 30 days before the event will be considered up to 7 days prior to the event date and must be paid within 24 hours. Availability of the same flowers cannot be guaranteed, and pricing will be determined based on the available options. Efforts will be made to match the color and style as closely as possible.

Substitutions: Satori Rentals reserves the right to substitute flowers or decor of equivalent value in the event the received items do not meet the necessary quality standards for the wedding or event. We will maintain the proposed look and color scheme as much as possible. We will notify you if dyed flowers are used and are not liable for any staining to garments due to their usage.

Terms and Adjustments: Adjustments to the invoice can be made at the time of the initial retainer payment. Significant additions or subtractions are allowed until the balance is fully paid. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Satori Rentals' liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee.

Fluctuating Flower Prices: Due to fluctuating flower prices, customers with rentals involving fresh flowers may experience price increases. We will promptly inform customers of any price adjustments, issuing an invoice for additional costs. The additional cost is to be settled within 30 days of the event.

Set-up and Moving Fees: The quoted price is for one setup/location only. Additional fees apply if items need to be moved from the ceremony to the reception or elsewhere. Large items such as arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops require disassembly and reassembly by our team due to insurance reasons. Kindly confirm with your venue that our rentals fit in the intended space.

Delivery and Pick-up: All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM within 35 miles of our warehouse. Additional fees apply for pickups past 9:00 PM. For deliveries beyond 35 miles or involving setup by our team, please contact us for a customized quote based on location and requirements.

Late Night Pick-up Fees: Pickups past 9:00 PM incur late-night charges as follows:

  • 9:30 PM: $50
  • 10:00 PM: $100
  • 10:30 PM: $150
  • 11:00 PM: $200
  • 11:30 PM: $250
  • 12:00 AM: $300

Product Handling and Damages: Our rentals, including floral arrangements, cannot be left outside overnight or in adverse weather conditions. Only our team is authorized to transport, set up, or dismantle our products without prior written approval. Any damage beyond normal wear during the rental period will be charged at 2 times the rental price of the item. Failure to return items within the rental period will result in a charge of 4 times the rental cost.

Decoration Consistency and Venue Limitations: Communicate all decor requirements to Satori Rentals for consistency. Any decor not provided by us isn't guaranteed for consistency. Venue limitations are the responsibility of the customer. Satori Rentals will offer technical advice but won't refund for unused items due to venue restrictions.

Cancellations and Force Majeure: A 90-day cancellation notice is required for a partial refund of the retainer. In unforeseen circumstances within 90 days of the event, the retainer can be transferred to another date. Retainers are non-refundable and exclude processing fees, time spent in communication and event preparations, banking fees for refunds, and other related costs.

Contract Cancellation: Satori Rentals reserves the right to cancel the contract if obligations cannot be met. The amount paid will be credited, deducting actual costs incurred by Satori Rentals up to that point.

Arbitration: Any dispute or claim related to this contract shall be settled through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Beaumont, California, before a single arbitrator, with the award judgment enforceable in a court with jurisdiction.
